One company i am looking forward to work in the future
This isn’t a fluffy culture code. It’s not full of inspirational quotes. It’s practical and reflects lessons learned and is helpful for building a realistic foundation for success. This is a guide for everyone who has a stake in the company. There are a lot of points within this code that resonate, with reflection, as we’ve grown as a company. There are areas that I’ve highlighted in it that we will borrow as we move forward and grow. Thank you for sharing this.
I’ve always loved Buffer’s ethos and their product. It speaks to me personally.
